Upon launching a webi report, there is a popup error box as below and the webi report failed to load.
Because the tomcat has been restarted or any other reason, the user’s session has become invalid, but IE caches it. When the server receives the request to retrieves the webi report, it’ll validate the access right based on the passed in session information. The validation fails naturally due to the invalid session.
In IE, goto file->New session and login back to BO to establish a new session with the server.
